<Important Notice> Tokyo One Piece Tower will be Reopening for a limited time

Thank you for continual support of Tokyo One Piece Tower.

Tokyo One Piece Tower will be reopening the park while taking measures in line with the "Guideline for preventing the spread of COVID-19 infection in amusement parks and theme parks", to conclude its 5-years history on Friday, July 31, 2020. Upon reopening the park, we will be limiting the number of people allowed inside with tickets sold in advance through lottery reservation (time replacement system).
*The contents may be changed or canceled upon request from the government or local government. Thank you for your understanding.



<Tokyo One Piece Tower 3F〜5F>

Reopening period: From July 18th (Sat.) to July 31st (Fri.), 2020
Admission time (3 time frame):
①11:00~13:30
②13:45~16:15
③16:30~19:00
Last business day: Friday, July 31, 2020

*"Ending Ticket" (free/lottery) or "LIVE TICKET" (paid/first-come-first-served) is required to enter the park. Tickets must be reserveded on the Internet.

*Please check here for refunding the tickets you already have.
*You cannot enter using the invitation ticket (not for sale).
 The staff will contact you separately if you have an invitation ticket won at the following events: “Finding Pandaman!” or “MUGINAVI Present Campaign”.
 If you have an invitation ticket won as a prize for "Ichiban Kuji" Campaign E Prize held in Tongari Store, please make a reservation via phone in advance. Customers who do not make a reservation will not be admitted even if they come directly to the park.
There is a limit to the number of people who can make a reservation per day. Therefore, please be aware that your requests may not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Please have your Invitation Ticket ready in hand when making your reservation, since we will be asking for the ticket number.
*There will be no live show performances from Saturday, July 18th to Tuesday, July 21st.
*Please check here for the holding of Greeting Cabin.


<ONE PIECE
LIVE ATTRACTION "MARIONETTE">

Reopening period: Wednesday, July 22th to Friday, July 31st, 2020
Performance time:
①12:50 show
②15:35 show
③18:20 show
*"LIVE TICKET" (paid/first-come-first-served) is required for viewing. Please check here for details.
*There will be no performances from Saturday, July 18th to Tuesday, July 21st.


<SANJI'S ORESAMA RESTAURANT>

Reopening period: Saturday, July 18th to Friday, July 31st, 2020
Business hours: 11:00 to 19:00 (last order 18:15)
*Only One-Plate menu and à la carte menu will be served.


<Cafe Mugiwara>

Business hours: 11:00 to 19:00 (last order 18:15)
*We will inform you separately about the business hours for August and the final business day.


<Mugiwara Store Tokyo One Piece Tower>

Business hours: Until July 17th (Fri) 11:00 to 19:00 (Last entry: Weekdays 18:45 / Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 18:30)
*July 18th (Sat) ~ July 31st (Fri): 11:30-19:30 (Last entry 19:15)
*We will inform you separately about the business hours for August and the final business day.



【Infection prevention and safety measures】

<Admission>
・We will be screening the temperature of all guests prior to entering the park.
   Guests with temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher will not be permitted inside the park.
・Hand sanitizing is required at the entrance gate.
・Be sure to wear a mask when entering the park. If you do not have a mask, you will not be allowed inside the park.

<Attractions>
・Number of people will be limited for each attraction. Therefore, you may have to wait longer than usual.
・The "Kid's Space" on the 4th Floor will be closed.
・Frequent sanitation and ventilation will take place at each attraction areas.

<Live attraction>
・ Please refrain from "strenuous movement", "conversation", "vocalization", and "singing" inside the venue.
・ To avoid congestion, we plan to allow guests inside the venue earlier than usual timing.
・ "Lighting Stone" will not be distributed.
・ There are some changes in the spaces of the venue.
・ After the show has ended, please remain seated until further instructions are given by the crew.

<Greeting Cabin>
・ It is mandatory to wear masks when participating in Greeting Cabin, including when taking the photo with the character.
・ Please be aware that guests without masks will not be permitted to participate.
・ The Participation method will be slightly changed. Please follow the crew's instructions upon arriving at the Greeting Cabin area.
・ There will be no 'viewing area' inside the venue.


【Request to visitor】

For the purpose of preventing the expansion of virus infection, we ask for all guests' understanding and cooperation to the following:
・ Please hand sanitizer frequently, especially in the following (but not limited to) situations:
    When entering/exiting the park, after using the toilet, before and after participating in the Live Show Attraction and Greeting Cabin, before eating/drinking, etc..
・ Please use payment methods other than cash (credit card, transportation IC card, Edy, nanaco, iD) as much as possible.
・ If you've become ill while inside this facility, please notify the crew immediately.
・ If you already feel sick or ill, please refrain from entering the park.
・ If you have symptoms, such as a cold, or if you are unsure about your health condition, we may not allow your admission.
・ For elderly (65 years old and older), pregnant women, and those with underlying diseases (diabetes, heart problems, respiratory disease (COPD, etc.)), please make careful decisions when visiting the park.
・ If you have a relative or friends/coworker infected or may be infected with the new coronavirus infection, please refrain from visiting the park.
・ If you have not been in Japan for 14 days after entering Japan from an area subject to immigration restrictions based on the Immigration Control Act, please refrain from visiting the park.
・ If you are from abroad, please be sure to bring your passport, as it will be checked.
    Please be aware that your admission will not be allowed if you have arrived in Japan within the past two weeks prior to the day of your arrival to Tokyo One Piece Tower.
