After the announcement by Tokyo Prefecture to refrain from going outdoors on the weekends and at night,
Tokyo One Piece Tower has been closely monitoring the situation and has decided to temporarily close its facilities
from April 2nd, 2020 (Thursday).
We truly apologize for the sudden notice.
"Tokyo One Piece Tower", "Cafe Mugiwara", "Sanji’s Oresama Restaurant", and
"Mugiwara Store Tokyo One Piece Tower Store" will all be closed from April 2nd, 2020, for the time being.
Due to facilities’ closure, event programs scheduled for the above dates will all be canceled as well.

・Any other events scheduled to take place during this period
In addition, the following Advance Tickets scheduled to be sold from April 4th, 2020 will be postponed:
・"LIVE & PARK PASS" for May’s schedule
・Admission date specified "PARK PASS" for May’s schedule
・"Special Greeting" for May’s schedule (non-lottery sales)
・"Greeting Cabin" for May’s schedule
The postponed dates will be announced once we decided on our official website.

Due to the above information, we will be accepting refunds of the following tickets:

The following Advance Tickets of March 18th, 2020 (Wednesday) ~ April 30th, 2020 (Thursday):

Only at the “Seven-Eleven store (listed on the bottom left of the ticket surface)” will the tickets be refunded in full amount.

**Please be aware that we will not be able to refund if the refunding period has ended.
**Also, once the ticket(s) has been refunded and you have taken all of the necessary procedures for the refund,
the ticket will become invalid. Therefore, please make careful decisions, as the ticket will no longer be reclaimable,
even if the park announces to reopen on or before the date of your planned visit.
With the health and safety of our Guests and team members being our top priority, we will continue to take guidance from health agencies and government officials, and make decisions on the reopening date.
