While screening the current condition with the new coronavirus infections,
Tokyo One Piece Tower has been carefully discussing the reopening date, and have decided to resume business from March 22, 2020 (Sun)
However, in order to prevent the expansion and infections of the new coronavirus, etc., we will be operating under the following conditions:
Please read the following items prior to entering, and we ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.
For the time being, we will change the operation hours of each facility as follows:
・[Tokyo One Piece Tower (3rd Floor - 5th Floor)] OPEN 10: 00 / CLOSE 21:00 (Last admission 20:00)
・[Mugiwara Store Tokyo One Piece Tower Store (1st Floor)] OPEN 10: 00 / CLOSE 21:30
・[Cafe Mugiwara (1F)] OPEN 10: 00 / CLOSE 21:00 (Last order 20:15)
・[Sanji's Oresama Restaurant (1F)] OPEN 11: 00 / CLOSE 21:00 (Last order 20:15)
* Only a la carte menu will be served (Buffet-style will not be provided)

・ We will be screening the temperature of all guests prior to entering the park.
Guests with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher will not be permitted inside the park.
・ Hand sanitizing is required at the entrance gate.
・ The Maximum capacity of the park will be less than usual.
・ If the park exceeds its capacity, admission will be restricted.
In such a case of restriction, the ticket will not be sold until the regular operation is resumed.
For this reason, you may have to wait for entering the park.
・ If you have purchased the Advance Tickets but the park's admission is restricted, we will allow those guests inside once the park's congestion eases.
・ Please be aware that refunds will not take place for Advance Tickets for the reason of admission restrictions.
・ We will be limiting the maximum capacity for some attractions. Therefore, you may have to wait longer than usual.
・ For the time being, “Kids Space” on the 4th floor closed.
・ All attraction-related mechanics/items/rooms will be disinfected and ventilated periodically. We ask for your understanding and cooperation when is such a situation.
<Live Show Attraction>
・ The number of seats and viewing areas will be limited. In addition, there will be no standing areas available.
・ Please refrain from "strenuous movement", "conversation", "vocalization", and "singing" inside the venue.
・ To avoid congestion, we plan to allow guests inside the venue earlier than usual timing.
・ "Lighting Stone" will not be distributed.
・ There are some changes in the spaces of the venue.
・ After the show has ended, please remain seated until further instructions are given by the crew.
・ It is mandatory to wear masks when participating in Greeting Cabin, including when taking the photo with the character.
Please be aware that guests without masks will not be permitted to participate.
In such a situation, we will refund the Greeting Cabin ticket. (For details of the refunding method, click here
・ The Participation method will be slightly changed. Please follow the crew's instructions upon arriving at the Greeting Cabin area.
・ There will be no 'viewing area' inside the venue.
・ We may temporarily restrict the entry to "Mugiwara Store Tokyo One Piece Tower Store"
In such a case, you may have to wait until the entrance to the store.
・ The following products that were scheduled to be pre-sold only at "Tongari Store MINI'',
will be also sold a total of three stores.

* Regular shopping bag may be used depending on the size and number of items purchased.
・ Bromide Picture Group B of the 5th Anniversary “Twitter Retweet Campaign” will be distributed at “Tongari Store”.

For the purpose of preventing the expansion of virus infection, we ask for all guests' understanding and cooperation to the following:
・ If you have cold-like symptoms, such as coughing or sneezing, be sure to wear a mask.
If you do not have a mask, please consider using a handkerchief, etc.
・ Please hand sanitizer frequently, especially in the following (but not limited to) situations:
When entering/exiting the park, after using the toilet, before and after participating in the Live Show Attraction and Greeting Cabin, before eating/drinking, etc..
・ If you've become ill while inside this facility, please notify the crew immediately.
・ If you already feel sick or ill, please refrain from entering the park.
・ If you have symptoms, such as a cold or if you are unsure about your health condition, we may not allow your admission.
・ For elderly (65 years old and older), pregnant women, and those with underlying diseases (diabetes, heart problems, respiratory disease (COPD, etc.)), please make careful decisions when visiting the park.
・ If someone in your neighborhood is infected or may be infected with the new coronavirus infection, please refrain from visiting the park.
・ If you have a relative or friends/coworker infected or may be infected with the new coronavirus infection, please refrain from visiting the park.
・ If you have not been in Japan for 14 days after entering Japan from an area subject to immigration restrictions based on the Immigration Control Act, please refrain from visiting the park.
・ If you are from abroad, please be sure to bring your passport, as it will be checked.
Please be aware that your admission will not be allowed if you have arrived in Japan within the past two weeks prior to the day of your arrival to Tokyo One Piece Tower.

As for the crew, we are conducting thorough physical condition management, such as screening or temperature, on a daily basis.
However, for the health and safety of our valued guests, along with our crew, all staff members will be wearing masks throughout business hours.
In addition, we will continue to consult and discuss the park operation, in response to the continuously changing situation.
