<Important Notice> Refund for Applicable Tickets due to temporary closure

As announced in the news column on February 27th, Tokyo One Piece Tower will be temporarily closed from February 28th to March 17th, 2020.
For this reason, we will be refunding tickets as follows:


[Refundable Tickets]

①Dates: February 28th - March 8th, 2020
 Ticket Types: "LIVE & PARK PASS"
                    "Greeting Cabin Ticket"

②Dates: February 28th - March 17th, 2020
 Ticket Types: "PARK PASS" with entrance date specified
                    "Group Ticket with free parking (2 hours)"

③Dates: March 1st - March 3rd, 2020
 Event Ticket Type: "Sanji's Birthday Special Greeting Party"


[Refunding Period]
February 28th, 2020, 10:00 a.m. - March 31st, 2020 by 11:59 p.m.



If you have the following open-dated tickets and admission vouchers, which are valid until March 31st, 2020,
refunds or expiration dates will be extended until September 30th, 2020.


①"PARK PASS"
②"Tokyo Tower Set Ticket (PARK PASS + Main Deck (150m)" Set

* Customers who had purchased through "Aso View!" will only be eligible for a refund (Expiration date cannot be extended).
   If you would like to refund, please contact us via the special form by March 17th. Click here for the special form.




[How to refund]

If you have the above refundable tickets, the method and the additional fees required (separate from the ticket price) will vary depending on the company you've purchased from.
Please contact that place you bought the ticket for details of refunding procedure.
You will not be able to make refunds at the ticket counter of Tokyo One Piece Tower.
In addition, tickets cannot be refunded through other methods, such as bank transfers etc.
*Please not that additional fee required for refunding (i.e cancelation fee, transportation fee etc) are non-refundable. Only the ticket price will be refunded.

・If you bought from and would like refund through Seven Tickets
[Refund period] February 28th, 2020 10:00 a.m. - March 31st, 2010 11:59 p.m.
Only at the Seven-Eleven store (listed on the bottom left of the ticket surface) will the tickets be refunded in full amount.
Please bring your eligible ticket within the refund period. Click here for detailed procedures.
Please be aware that we will not be able refund if the refunding period has ended.

・For customers who purchase through Travel Agency, leisure ticket company, overseas ticket company, or official website,
please contact directly to the company you bought from and request for the refund.

Each sales company will take care of the refunds.

・Refunds for "Sanji's Birthday Special Greeting Party"
The reservation will be automatically cancelled through "Table Check" system (there are no needs for you to take action).
If you have an individual account in the "Table Check", you can check your refund situation from here.
*We are currently under the process of cancelling everyone's reservation. 
  It may take some time before the money is refunded to your bank, since the payment period/procedure differs depending on the credit card company.
  Please check with your credit card company for the detailed dates of refund.
