About Tokyo One Piece Tower

Q.Can I enjoy it without knowing the stories of ONE PIECE?
Of course, you can enjoy.
Q.What kind of facilities are there?
At Tokyo One Piece Tower, there are attractions and restaurants based on the "Straw Hat Crew" (characters of ONE PIECE), along with shops that sell ONE PIECE brand merchandises.

For the safety of our guests inside the park

Q.Can I take pictures and/or shoot videos in the park?
Shooting photos/video is basically possible, but some attractions (or some portions of the attractions) do not permit photo/video shooting.
There will be prior explanation by the crew of the attraction/area in which shooting photos/videos is not allowed, so please follow their instructions.
Q.Can I smoke inside the park?
There are no smoking area provided inside Tokyo One Piece Tower.
Please use the smoking area found outside the park, within the Foot Town of Tokyo Tower.
Q.Can I bring my own food and drink to the park?
We ask our guests to refrain from bringing foods and drinks (including plastic bottled drinks) inside the park.
However, you may bring your own water bottle.
Q.Is there a cloakroom available?
There is no cloakroom available. Instead, we have a locker at the 3rd Floor Entrance, so please use the locker if in need.
Q.Where is the restroom?
Restroom is located on the 4th and the 5th Floor inside the park.
Q.Are there anything items I cannot not use in the park?
For safety reasons, you may not use monopod, tripod, or selfie stick when shooting photos/videos.
Q.Are there any items I am not allowed to bring to the park?
In addition to food and beverages (such as lunch, plastic bottles, anything bought outside the park), the following are prohibited:
harmful items, megaphone or anything that magnifies your voice, radio, flag, arm badges (unless given permission in advance for leading the group), whistles, and pets (except for assistance dogs, such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs etc)
Q.Can I drink alcohol in the park?
You may not bring any alcoholic beverages inside the park.
Alcohols are not sold inside the park, but is available at the restaurant and cafe on the 1st Floor (night only).
Q.Are there any restrictions on clothes and footwear?
In the park, roller shoes (or shoes with any type of wheels on it) are not allowed for safety reasons.
In addition, please refrain from clothes does not follow public orders and morals, or clothes that may offend other customers.

About Park Business Hours

Q.What are the Business Hours of the park?
The park is open from 11 am to 7 pm, but there is part 1 (11:00 to 13:30), part 2 (13:45 to 16:15), and part 3 (16:30 to 19:00) ) for entering/leaving.
Q.What are the show schedule?
Please check with the live show page for the scheduled time. 
Q.Can I wait in line from midnight?
It is not possible to wait inside the Foot Town during nighttime as the building itself is closed.
In addition, we are following the rules and guidance set by Tokyo Tower, concerning uses of the area outside Foot Town (parking lot, space outside the entrance etc).
For safety reasons, it is not recommended to wait overnight for admission, even if you are able to enter the grounds of Tokyo Tower. 
In fact, the site may be performing an overnight maintenance/construction using the ground spaces, and there are no restrooms available nearby.
The park will not be responsible for any accidents or troubles that took place outside the park (i.e. outside Foot Town building, on grounds of or near Tokyo Tower etc), regardless of the reason.
With the above in mind, please make decisions on your own responsibility.

Access to the Park and Parking Lot

Q.Is there a parking lot?
There is a parking lot provided by Tokyo Tower.
Please visit the Tokyo Tower official website for its business hours and fees.
Q.Do you have discounts on using the parking lot?
Unfortunately, there are no discounts for uses of parking lot.
Q.Where is the nearest train station?
We have many train stations nearby, so please use the one that best suits you:
  Akabane-Bashi station of Toei Ooedo Line (5 minutes walk to Tokyo One Piece Tower)
  Kamiyacho Station (exit #1) of Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line  (7 minutes by foot)
  Onarimon Station (exit A1) of Toei Mita Line (6 minutes by foot)
  Daimon Station (exit A6) of Toei Asakusa Line (10 minutes by foot)
  Hamamatsucho Station (North Exit) of JR Yamanote Line (15 minutes by foot)

About Tickets and its Prices

Q.Where can I buy tickets?
Please check "Ending Ticket (Free/Lottery)" / Please check "LIVE TICKET (paid/first-come-first-served)" to get the tickets.
Q.Are there any ways to check the sales status (ex. if sold out or not) of the Day Tickets?
Please contact the park directly for the details.

Q.From what age are tickets required?
Tickets are required from the age of 4. (Children up to 3 years old will be free, but must be accompanied by a guardian.)
Q.Do you need tickets to enter the park?
There are "Ending Ticket (Free/Lottery)" and "LIVE TICKET (paid/first-come-first-served)".
Q.Are there discounts for handicaps?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any discounts for handicaps.
Q.Why are there no discounts for handicapped personale?
This park is made so that all guests, regardless of disabilities, are able to enjoy the facilities.
Q.Am I able to go to the Observatory of Tokyo Tower with the ticket of Tokyo One Piece Tower?
Unfortunately, you cannot enter the Tokyo Tower Observatory with just our ticket.
Please purchase at the Tokyo Tower ticket counter on the 1st floor.
Q.Is it possible to cancel or refund the ticket once reserved/purchased?
Regarding "LIVE TICKET (paid/first-come-first-served)", cancellation and refund are not possible.
Cancellation of "ending ticket (free/lottery)" can be changed by the customer only during the lottery. We cannot cancel after winning.
Q.Are there any expiration dates for the ticket?
It's only valid for the day.
Q.Can the tickets be exchanged into the actual entrance ticket in advance? Or does it have to be on the day of admission?
Both "Ending Ticket (free/lottery)" and "LIVE TICKET (paid/first-come-first-served)" are redeemable only on the day.
Q.If I buy or reserve the tickets, will I be able to enter the park without having to wait in line?
Prior to entering the park, everyone must redeem their entrance ticket at the Ticket Counter, regardless of the purchased/purchasing ticket type.
Therefore, you will have to wait in the queue line prior to entering the park.
From the guests who have redeemed their Entrance Ticket will be allowed to enter in an orderly matter.
Q.Is it possible to have just the group's representative to be in line, and purchase/exchange tickets for the rest of the group?
Please be in line with all members that will be entering the park.

Admission and Re-entry methods to the park

Q.Are pets allowed inside the park?
Pets are not allowed inside the park, except for assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs etc).
Q.How do I re-enter the after leaving the part temporarily?
When you are temporarily leaving the park, please head to the counter beside the Exit Gate.
Here, you will be asked to scan your ticket, and the Crew will put a Re-entry Stamp on your hand.
When you return, re-enter from the same place you exit. The Crew will check for your stamp, and your ticket will be scanned again.
Please be aware that re-entering the park is only allowed until 15 minutes prior to every part's closing time. 
In addition, please note that you may have to wait in line when re-entering, at the time of congestion.

Group Reservations

Q.Can I rent the entire park?
Currently, we do not accept reservations for renting the entire park.

Attractions

Q.Can I interview the Park crew?
Interviews are prohibited inside the park.
For inquiries about media interviews, please contact 03-5777-5300.
Q.Is there any ride-type attractions?
There is no attractions with any vehicle-type ride.
Q.Are there any attractions with restrictions?
There are restrictions/limitations for each attraction. Please confirm it at each attraction or ask the crew for details.
Q.From what age can I use the attraction by myself?
You may use the attraction alone, if you are at least 6 years old (= attending elementary school). 
Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a guest age 13 or older.
Q.My friend is in the queue line of attraction. Can I join him/her on the way?
Please refrain from joining in the middle of queue line.
Please line up once every participating member have gathered.
Q.Will the attractions or live shows be closed/cancelled for any reasons?
The schedule of the attraction and the live show may be changed or cancelled without prior notice, for the purposes of system maintenance etc.
In such cases, we ask for your kind understanding and cooperation, and please use other open attractions instead.

Shows and Characters

Q.How can I watch the Live Show?
Please purchase "LIVE TICKET (paid/first-come-first-served)" with a Seven Ticket. (Start sales from Tuesday, July 14, 2020)
Q.Can I see a character in the park?
You can see a live show or join the greeting cabin.
Q.Can I take a picture with a character in the park?
You can take a picture by participating in the "Greeting Cabin" held on the 5th floor. However, participation ticket is required for participation.
Participation tickets will be acquired by the lottery.
Please be sure to check [Requests for shooting]/[Notes] before participating. Please check here for more information.
Q.Are there any prohibited items?
Bring your own food and drink
-Video shooting, recording, Flash shooting (still images can be taken)
-Use of supporting equipment such as monopod, tripod, selfie stick, etc.
-Shoulders the child is considered to be dangerous.
Q.Can I give a present to a performer?
In the park, we will decline the present for the performers from the guests.
Please refrain from receiving the crew or handing the present directly to the performer's individual.
Q.What is the profile of the performer?
Please check the live show page for the name of the performer. Other information is not disclosed for the protection of personal information.

Food

Q.Is there any dining facilities in the park?
There is. You can enjoy a snack and a drink at the "Frankie's Cola Bar" 4f. In addition, there is the "Sanji-like Restaurant" and "Cafe Mugiwara" in the outside 1f of the park.
Q.Can I drink alcohol in the park?
Please refrain from drinking alcohol in the park.
Q.Can I smoke in the restaurant and the café?
I am sorry, but all of them are non-smoking. There is a smoking area outside of foot town, so please contact me.

Shopping

Q.Can I use a credit card in the park?
In the park, you can use thses main credit cards  (Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners).
Q.Is it possible to take the product?
We are unable to keep your product.
Q.Can I book a product?
We do not reserve products.
Q.Is there a shop in the park?
There are "Tongari Store" on the 3F and "Tongari Store MINI" on the 5F. In addition, there is the Mugiwara Store Tokyo One Piece Tower shop on the 1F (outside the park).
Q.Do you sell goods and mail?
We do not sell goods.
Q.The product was broken. What should I do?
If you have a receipt, I will exchange it for a new product.
Q.I want to return or exchange, but I have lost my receipt. What should I do?
I am sorry, but I cannot correspond if there is no receipt. We are sorry.
Q.What should I do if I want to know the stock of the product?
Please contact the park directly. In that case, please understand it beforehand because it takes time to confirm it.

In the park, you can use electronic money (except PiTaPa), ID, Edy and Nanaco.
 
Q.Can I use the UnionPay card?
UnionPay card is available.
Q.Can I charge for electronic money?
Sorry, we do not support the charge of electronic money.

Baggage and Luggage Delivery Service

Q.Can I keep my luggage?
Luggage service is not available. There is a coin-operated locker, so please use it.
Q.Is there a coin locker in the park?
There is a coin locker for a fee at the entrance and inside the park on the 3rd floor.
Q.Do you have luggage delivery service?
Luggage delivery service is not available at present.

Payment Methods and Bank in the park

Q.Is there an ATM?
There is no ATM in the park. Seven bank ATMs are located on the second floor of Foot town.
Q.Can I exchange foreign currency?
Sorry, we do not have this service.
Q.Can I use my credit card and cash?
The card cannot be combined with cash.
Q.If I pay by credit card, will I be paid in installments?
I am sorry, but I will only pay in bulk.
Q.Can I use Smart Card in the park?
In the park, you may use Smart Card, such as Suica, Pasmo, ID, Edy, and Nanaco (PiTaPa is not included).
Q.Can I use the UnionPay card?
You may use UnionPay card.
Q.Can I add money to my Smart Card at the park? (smart card: prepaid electric money card such as Suica, Pasmo etc)
Unfortunately, you will not be able to add money to your smart cards.

In case of an emergency

Q.What should I do if I get lost or become separated from my friends?
Please talk to your local crew.
Q.What should I do if I am lost?

Admission with children

Q.Can I borrow a stroller?
We are sorry, but we do not have a rental service for baby strollers. In addition, the stroller may ask for folding at crowded time.
Q.Is there a place where I can change diapers?
It is in the women's restroom and the multipurpose restroom of the park 4f.
Q.Is there a place I can breastfeed?
Excuse me, but there is not it in the park. Please use the nursing room located on the first floor of foot town.
Q.Is there a restroom for children in the rest room?
Sorry, there is no toilet for children.
Q.Do you sell weaning, baby food, powdered milk and disposable diapers?
Unfortunately there is no handling.

Park Facilities and its Services

Q.Is there a relief room in the park?
Although there is not it in the park, I guide the relief Room of Tokyo Tower.
Q.Where can I smoke?
Smoking is banned in the park. Please use the smoking area outside the park.
Q.Do you have an AED (Automatic external defibrillator) installed?
We have installed.
Q.Is there a camera, video camera, or mobile phone that I can charge?
There is no charging service in the park.
Q.Is there a pay phone?
We are sorry, but there is no offer in the park.
Because there are four public telephones available in foot town, I think that you can use that.

For handicapped guests

Q.Can I rent a wheelchair?
We do not rent a wheelchair.
