ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION will mark its last performance on April 7! This is really the end!
Are you ready for it?
"I haven't seen it yet!" "I want to indulge in that emotion again! "
I understand you! Me too!
So, let's review the highlights of "PHANTOM" once again!
There are personal opinions of staffs coming from strong love for ONE PIECE and Tongari Island, but please bear with us!
First of all, what is "ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION"?
This is a live entertainment show where Straw Hat Crew dramatically unfolds thrilling actions with projection mapping and lighting technology.
Several stages are performed every day on the live stage of ONE PIECE TOWER 5th floor.
Summary of "PHANTOM"
Ths island floating in the New World that loves adventures and fun--"Tongari Island."
Luffy and Straw Hat Crew loves this playground and claimed it their territory.
Today, Diva Ann is returning to the island and performing a live show at a live house on the island.
She is the one-and-only singer with an ability to show anything she touches as a mirage acquired from Bijo Bijo Fruit and beautiful voice.
As the live show warms up, a member of a Seven Lords of the Sea, Buggy the Star Clown appears.
He is trying to sell Straw Hat Crew over to Marines using Ann's ability.
The best warrior of Buggy's Delivery, Puggy comes on the stage and battles with Zoro and Sanji.
Nami, Usopp, and Chopper try desperately to stop, but Luffy is confused by various PHANTOMs......
This is the original story performed only at TOKYO ONE PIECE TOWER.
The performance is about 25 minutes but you'd be emotional throughout because the story is so detailed and stage effects are astounding!
It's one of the highlights of TOKYO ONE PIECE TOWER.
Now, let me talk about the must-see highlights of this show!
The story was produced under the supervision of the author Eiichiro Oda
You can tell something umbelievable is happening just by reading that first sentence, right?
Mr. Eiichiro checked the storyline of PHANTOM and every single character's personality and uniquness stand out.
The last is especially a must-watch scene! Luffy's line, the stage effects, the title... everything connect at the end to make the ending very emotional.
If you want to enjoy the story of PHANTOM more, I recommend the PHANTOM section in Log Gallery on the 5th floor open until April 7!
In this section, a script that Mr. Oda's revised with his own pen is displayed.
You can see where and how he revised and I cry just by remembering the scene.
"That touching story was born like this... I'm amazed..." I can't help but sign in awe.
Please come here and enjoy the story more!
Songs produced by GReeeeN！A beautiful voice of the original character, Diva Ann!
It's already amazing that Mr. Oda is the supervisor but on top of that, that popular vocal group GReeeeN produced songs for this stage...
They wrote two original songs. It's just phenomenal.
The opening song, "4ever Bang!!!!!" delivers the feeling of adventures with upbeat melody. It's truly amazing!
Actually, if you look at the lyrics, you see many "ONE PIECE" but each word that represents it is different.
But all the words are sung "ONE PIECE"! It's fantastic!
(The lyrics are displayed in the PHANTOM section at Log Gallery!)
The closing song "PHANTOM-Promise-" starts with the sound of a bell. The lyrics fit the story perfectly!
In the end, the original character of TOKYO ONE PIECE TOWER designed by Mr. Oda and a loved singer of Tongari Island--Diva Ann sings a part of the song and you instantly fall in love.
There are several scenes during the performance where Ann sings.
You'd want to swing and shake the Lighting Stone to her lively and transparent voice.
You need more than two eyes! Straw Hat Crew moving everywhere!
The best part of the live show is Luffy and other characters running around freely on the stage!
You can't take your eyes off the action!
Because it's a live performance, character's movements and expressions change each time!
Each character is moving around different parts of the stage, so your eyes aren't enough to catch them all.
I wish I had more than just one set of eyes.
Luffy and others are doing something different simultaneously, so I recommend watching from various angles!
By the way, personally speaking, I like the pose each character take when the closing number begins.
It just touches my heart.
What's your favorite scene?
So, how was it?
To be honest, I want to introduce every second of the performance and I haven't talked enough, but I hope you now know how amazing PHANTOM is.
Great news for those who want to watch PHANTOM again!
